CALL FOR ABSTRACTS (CASES)

General & Formatting

• Submit all materials through the official online platform.

• All submissions must be written and presented in clear English.

• The deadline for all submissions is 28 February 2026. Submissions received after this date will not be considered.

• The Review/Scientific Programme Committee reserves the right to decide the final form of presentation (Oral or Poster).

II. Clinical Case Specifics

• Mandatory: Clinical Case submissions must adhere to the provided template for uniformity.

• Mandatory: Pathology slides must be included with every Clinical Case submission.

• Ensure the case aligns with all outlined criteria.

IV. Presentation Details (If Selected)

• Oral Presentation: Total time of 12 minutes (10 minutes for presentation / 2 minutes for discussion).

• Poster Presentation: Details for abstract/poster presentation will be confirmed if selected for this format.
